A camphorwood brassmounted storage chest of large size. The solid plank exterior of wonderful color and figure, with sheet-brass mounts, with the brass plaque to the top engraved in cursive ‘Adair Wilson’.

A Chinese wooden bench with rattan seat, of jumu wood.

Qianlong period, late 18th century

A pair of Qing period elm yoke back armchairs. The s-form back decorated with incised medallions and with square armrests above a solid rectangular seat.

Chinese elm altar or side table. The top with rectangular panels set within a surrounding frame, and supported round legs with ‘U’- shaped spandrels and round stretchers.

A Japanese lacquer and gilt tray, decorated with fans both open and closed. Signed 'Keizan'. Mounted on a contemporary lucite stand.
Showa period, circa 1960

A pair of Chinese horseshoe back chairs. Of soft wood, with a red, possibly cinnabar glaze, the arching three part back supported by curving backsplats, with mitred square frames.
Late Qing/Republic period, early 20th century

Chinese large eccentric form wood container for scrolls. The irregular contour retaining the natural features of the tree trunk pierced to either side.
Probably jichimu wood.

Victorian period teak campaign chest, with flush brass pulls and corner brackets, in two sections with two small and one long drawer to the upper and two long drawers to the lower.
